 ed more information to help them make decisions during this time. Library 
 directors and other library staff are welcome to attend.&#160\;We also ask
  public library&#160\;directors to share this information with their&#160\
 ;trustees so we don't miss anyone.Agenda items include:&#160\;\n\nIHLS\, I
 LA\, and&#160\;RAILS&#160\;staff will share resources available to help tr
 ustees help their libraries during COVID-19.\nILA will discuss talking poi
 nts trustees can use to let their communities know how essential the libra
 ry is during the pandemic and after.\nJamie Rachlin\, President of&#160\;M
 eristem Advisors\, will talk about how libraries can handle budget implica
 tions as a result of COVID-19.\nKelly Haden\, Chief Legal Counsel for&#160
 \;HR Source\, will discuss employment issues\, including unemployment\, fu
 rloughs\, and layoffs.\n\nThere will be a Q&amp\;A with a panel including 
 IHLS\, ILA\, and&#160\;RAILS&#160\;staff\, and library trustees. Please su
 bmit any questions you or your trustees have about any issues related to C
 OVID-19 in advance to&#160\;Joe Filapek. The deadline for submitting quest
 ions is Monday\, May 11\, 2020.
