 shing&#160\;was established in 2020. This award gives academic and researc
 h librarians throughout Illinois the opportunity to read and evaluate scho
 larly works by their peers and then vote on a favorite. It also presents I
 llinois research and academic librarians with the opportunity to share the
 ir findings outside of a conference or other formal setting.\nThe 2020 win
 ners will discuss their work in this webinar. JJ Pionke\, University of Il
 linois at Urbana-Champaign\, received the highest number of votes for his 
 article\, &#8220\;Library Employee Views of Disability and Accessibility\,
 &#8221\; in&#160\;Journal of Library Administration. The second-place winn
 er is Elena Carrillo\, University of Illinois at Chicago&#8217\;s Daley Li
 brary\, whose article with Dr. Jung Mi Scoulas\, &#698\;Welcome to the Lib
 rary: Data-Driven Student Worker Empowerment\,&#698\; appears in&#160\;Evi
 dence Based Library &amp\; Information Practice. Tina Griffin\, also of th
 e University of Illinois at Chicago&#8217\;s Daley Library\, finished thir
 d\, and her article with Abigail Goben is &#8220\;In Aggregate: Trends\, N
 eeds\, and Opportunities from Research Data Management Surveys\,&#8221\; f
