DESCRIPTION:The IACRL Conference &amp\; Continuing Education Committee and 
 CARLI are pleased to partner for&#160\;Spark: Open Pathways - Exploring th
 e Intersections of Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Open Educational Res
 ources.&#160\;\nDEI and OER are important topics that we believe librarian
 s want to engage with\, and with that in mind we are again shifting the st
 ructure of Spark. The IACRL Conference and Continuing Education committee 
 is partnering with CARLI to present the Open Illinois Hub\, a new OER tool
  for Illinois higher education institutions. We are excited to highlight t
 his tool that will help to bring OER to more institutions in Illinois.&#16
 0\;\nAfter this presentation\, we will have unconference-style breakout ro
 oms for attendees to engage in conversations about DEI\, OER\, and where t
 hey intersect. We hope this offers attendees an opportunity to ask questio
 ns\, make connections with other librarians\, gain valuable insight\, and 
 discover where our barriers exist with these topics. With information from
  the report outs\, we intend to create future programming to help fill any
  gaps identified.\nThe event will be held via Zoom. Library workers from a
